COLOR OR BLACK & WHITE

Over the years of being a photographer, I've come to appreciate the unique attributes of both color and black and white photography in my work. Color is typically what I gravitate towards because it allows me to capture the vibrancy and richness and truly document what is on the other side of my lens. On the other hand, black and white photography offers a timeless and classic feel, allowing for a focus on composition, contrast, and emotion without the distraction of color.

I sometimes simply cannot choose one over the other, which is why I provided both options in my family and school photo galleries! Here are some examples of what I’ve captured over the past year that I feel go either way!.
